Fancy something different on your toast in the mornings then try this.
Rub a clove of garlic onto your hot toast. not all of it, each person is different
Drizzle olive oil on and then add the tomato puree.

4 large tomatoes, chopped
2 garlic cloves, chopped
1/4 tsp sea salt
grated rind and juice of 1/2 lemon
1 tsp soft brown sugar
2 tbsp olive oil
ground black pepper

Place the tomatoes, garlic, salt, lemon rind and brown sugar in a pan.
Cover and gently cook for about 5 mins.
Stir in the lemon juice and olive oil.
Cook uncovered for about 8 mins until thick and pulpy.
Garnish with pepper.

Almost most of the food stuffs will turn health if they are home made rather than bought from out side. even if they are ice creams.

I believe that your doctor has a very good reason for that. What was your blood pressure when you last consulted with your doctor?

1 Coffee Mug
4 tablespoons flourthats plain flour, not self-raising
4 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons baking cocoa
1 egg
3 tablespoons milk
3 tablespoons oil
3 tablespoons chocolate chipsoptional
a small splash of vanilla extract

Add dry ingredients to mug, and mix well Add the egg and mix
thoroughly.
Pour in the milk and oil and mix well.
Add the chocolate chips if using and vanilla essence, and mix again.
Put your mug in the microwave and cook for 3 minutes at 1000 watts. The
cake will rise over the top of the mug, but dont be alarmed
Allow to cool a little, and tip out onto a plate if desired.
EAT This can serve 2
And why is this the most dangerous cake recipe in the world? Because now
we are all only 5 minutes away from chocolate cake at any time of the
day or night

When I awoke this morning, it was 39 degrees and I found it was snowing.  Where the hell is global warming when you need it?

In the words of Donald Trump,  Youre FIRED

I do not have an iota of doubt that pc is much better than his predecessor.C is one of the few ministers who while enjoying powers also feels the responsibility.I loved him as the finance minister, and is doing good job as hm now.He seems to be working hard,so are many other ministers of this UPA government.Atleast they seem to be non corrupt, and are apt for representing my country at the global forum.
Time shall tell us the reality.

An old couple is on a walk when a pigeon flies by and relieves himself on the womans head.

"Yech" says the woman. "Get some toilet paper."

"What for?, says the man, He must be half-a-mile away by now."

I have a gripe to make. The last race we went to last season I noticed a lot of kids without earplugs. More specifically young children that were not old enough to know better. Why are parents taking their kids to the races and not being proactive about their kids hearing? Ive seen poor, helpless infants without any ear protection. Stupid people.
